Ingredients

Natural, 100% fish collagen is the main ingredient in Noble Health collagen products. Collagen constitutes approximately 30% of all proteins found in the human body. It is composed of three polypeptide chains forming a triple-helix structure. Fish collagen has the closest structural similarity to human collagen, making it the fastest to incorporate into the body, replenishing existing deficiencies. Its unique structure means smaller molecules (compared to bovine and porcine collagen) they penetrate deeper into the body more quickly, regenerating it and having a beneficial effect on the skin.

Yes, green coffee is an excellent weight-loss aid thanks to the presence of chlorogenic acid. This acid is an antioxidant that reduces sugar absorption, which stimulates the body to actively use its stored fat. Impaired liver function causes fat deposits to accumulate. Vitamin C Noble Health is obtained from natural sources, m.in. : rosehip, acerola and fruit Lemons. Acerola and rose hips are fruits that contain a lot of vitamin C. We've also specially enclosed our product in a capsule, so if you don't like or don't want to swallow capsules, you can dissolve the contents in a glass of water.

No, it is not necessary to have a login and password.

You can make purchases without registering. However, this option does not allow you to check your order history. For subsequent orders, you must re-enter your delivery details. You also cannot take advantage of any promotions for regular customers.

Orders

Your order will be processed immediately after it's placed. It's not possible to cancel your order. You can notify Customer Service via email about your cancellation – this will result in the shipment being suspended if the package hasn't been shipped yet. Contact us: office@noblehealth.pl

Goods are shipped within 24 business hours of receipt of payment. Courier shipments arrive within 1-3 business days.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to modify orders that have already been placed. You can attempt to cancel your order by sending an email to office@noblehealth.pl e-mail with information to cancel the order and place the order again with the correct details. Shipping of the "unwanted" order will be suspended if the package has not yet been shipped.

Order status is visible in the order history for registered customers. Additionally, customers receive automatically generated emails informing them of the status: order acceptance confirmation, acceptance for processing, and order dispatch. The final email also contains the waybill number from the selected carrier.

Order processing time is the approximate time it takes to prepare your package for shipping.

Delivery time by the carrier is the approximate time needed by the carrier to deliver the shipment to the customer. The courier company reserves the right to deliver shipments within a maximum of 3 business days, but most often the shipment is delivered to the recipient within 24 hours.

Of course. Noble Health ships within the European Union. Prepayment for the goods (by bank transfer or card) is required; cash-on-delivery shipments abroad are not possible.

No, unfortunately it is not possible to collect purchased products in person.

Noble Health has no influence on delivery times, usually between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Payments

Online payments can be made via the online payment service.

If the payment was unsuccessful while placing the order, you can click on the form at the very bottom of the order confirmation that was sent to your email address and then the payment will be processed. redirection to the website to make another attempt.

Payment for the goods can be made upon receipt of the goods for the so-called cash on delivery or online e-transfer or card.

Online payments can be made within 4 business days of placing your order. Please click on the form in your order confirmation. If payment is not received after 4 business days, your order will be automatically canceled.

Exchanges and returns

The refund will be made within 14 days from the date the manufacturer receives the product.

For cash on delivery, the refund will be made to the account number provided on the refund form. If the payment was made online, the refund will be made to the account from which the transfer was made.

Unfortunately, there is no possibility of a typical exchange. You can of course make a return and at the same time place a new order.

Every customer may withdraw from a purchased product without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the shipment and return the product in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the regulations. To do so, the Customer should send the Seller a declaration of withdrawal from the distance contract. The product should be in its original packaging, unopened, and unused.

The Customer is asked to send back or deliver the goods together with the receipt (or VAT invoice) and the original return form to the Seller's address: Bonated Sp. z o.o. ul. Franciszka Legackiego 7, 26-600 Radom, no later than 14 days from the date of purchase.

Complaints

A complaint about the goods may be made due to: for a physical defect that consists in the non-conformity of the sold item with the contract or due to a legal defect.

In order to file a complaint, the Buyer is asked to return the product to the Seller's address. The Customer is asked to attach a receipt or VAT invoice to the returned product. In connection with making a complaint, the Customer is asked to fill out the complaint form (available in the store's regulations) and send it with the goods and electronically to the address office@noblehealth.pl. If the Customer sends the complaint form electronically to the address office@noblehealth.pl, the complaint resolution will be sent to the Customer as a response, also by e-mail. The complaint will be considered within 14 days from the date of submission of the complaint, together with a description of the reason for the complaint and the Customer's request.
