REDUCE THE ACIDIFICATION OF THE BODY

Posted by Kamil Siuda day

Restore the PH balance in your body by reducing its acidity, and you will lose excess weight and regain your health.

Acid-base balance is the basis for the proper course of metabolic processes.

This is a state in which intercellular and intracellular fluids maintain a precisely defined dynamic balance between acids and bases in the blood and tissues, determining the appropriate pH. The optimal blood pH range for most metabolic processes is 7.35-7.45.

Maintaining a constant blood pH requires the efficient functioning of regulatory mechanisms, including circulation, digestion, hormone production, excretion of excess carbon dioxide through the lungs, and excretion of acids or bases through the kidneys. The efficiency of these mechanisms is influenced by both organ function and the availability of alkaline minerals in the diet. such such as magnesium, calcium, and potassium. Their sources are primarily vegetables and fruits. They constitute an alkaline reserve.

Acid-base imbalance is the result of the appearance of acidic metabolic products that the body cannot neutralize and excrete.

Many metabolic products are acids, so even under physiological conditions, the body tends to acidify. Even minor deviations from normal levels cause serious disruptions in metabolic processes. They open the door to various germs, bacteria, and viruses. They promote food fermentation, the growth of yeasts, fungi, and molds that feed on our food and contribute to the development of serious diseases.

In Europe, over 85% of the population suffers from body acidification.

What causes acidification?

Our lifestyle and eating habits have the greatest impact on the body's balance. The diet of the average Pole unfortunately has an acidifying effect!

Meat, cold cuts, poultry, fish, pasteurized dairy products, carbonated drinks, refined grains, refined sugar, factory-processed foods, fast food - all of this significantly acidifies the body.

Preservatives and flavorings are also acid-forming. So are alcohol, coffee, tea, sweets, chocolate, cooked fruit, pasteurized fruit juices, tobacco smoke, and medications. Stress and rushing also cause excess acid formation.

As long as we are young, our body can cope with excess acids. Eventually, however, reserves are used up and buffer systems are exhausted. The entire system weakens, and metabolic acidosis occurs. The excess acids are stored. in organs and tissues, and harmful compounds poison the body.

Scientific research shows that acidification of the body is one of the main causes of disease. Cancer cells thrive only in acidic environment.

How can body acidification be diagnosed?

In the early stages of imbalance, symptoms are not very intense. They may take the form of rashes, headaches, allergies, colds and sinus problems. The weakened body begins to lose its immunity, which leads to dysfunction thyroid, adrenal glands, liver.

The condition of connective tissues, the color and condition of the skin, and the color of the tongue are particularly important for assessing the degree of acidification of the body.

Signs of excessive body acidification include elevated uric acid levels in the blood and decreased urine pH. In a healthy person, urine should be slightly acidic; in vegetarians, it may be neutral.

However, a single test can give a false picture, as the results depend on what you've eaten and drank in the past few hours. Therefore, it should be repeated several times, ideally by taking samples at different times of the day.

Typical symptoms suggesting body acidification:

  • Overweight, frequent feeling of tiredness and fatigue
  • Migraine and headaches
  • Sleep disturbances and difficulty concentrating
  • Coated tongue, bitterness or acidity in the mouth
  • Digestive problems and loss of appetite
  • Gout, rheumatism
  • Muscle, joint and spine pain
  • Pale and blemished skin
  • Cellulite and loss of connective tissue elasticity
  • Swelling, dark circles under the eyes, brittle hair and nails

How can you prevent body acidification?

First and foremost, you should reduce your intake of animal protein and sugar, and increase your intake of vegetables and fruit. A balanced diet should include 80% of the products are alkaline-forming and only 20% acid-forming. Sodium (table salt) should be avoided. Highly processed foods, canned goods, cold cuts, and sauces contain a lot of "hidden salt." and powdered soups.

Remember to drink enough fluids. A good way to support an alkaline environment is outdoor exercise and gymnastics. Deep breathing not only calms and relaxes, but also balances chemical changes and alkalizes by removing carbon dioxide from the body. Daily rest, positive thinking and avoiding stress are also important.
