Korean care ritual

Posted by Kamil Siuda day

Why do European women go to the drugstore? We typically buy cosmetics to "treat" and conceal existing imperfections: blemishes, wrinkles, and discoloration.

Meanwhile, Korean women boast clear and radiant skin. Should we envy their genes? Or perhaps it's simply worth observing their beauty rituals, which are aimed at preventing beauty flaws?

Korean women's success stems from their systematic and comprehensive skin care routine. This allows them to avoid problems like wrinkles, blemishes, and dry skin for many years. What does a true Korean beauty ritual look like?

1. Cleansing

No Korean woman goes to bed without thoroughly removing her eye and lip makeup. The rest of the face should be washed with a cleansing oil, massaging it into the entire face. Even those with oily skin can use it – this type of product dissolves all oily impurities (e.g., makeup, sebum, or smog).

2. Washing your face

Korean women don't stop at one cleansing step – after using makeup remover, they also reach for a water-based cleanser. This can also be a cleansing foam, stick, or cream that transforms into a cleansing foam when exposed to water.

3. Exfoliation

Of course, we don't do this every day – 2-3 times a week is enough. If you have normal skin, use a mechanical exfoliator; for combination or sensitive skin, a chemical exfoliator is better.

4. Toning

Toner is a crucial cosmetic product – it helps remove residual impurities, restores the skin's protective barrier, and prepares it for better absorption of moisturizers. Korean products do not contain alcohol, which can dry out the skin.

5. Mask

Every beauty enthusiast knows how pleasant and relaxing a simple treatment involving a nourishing mask can be. You can buy this product at a drugstore or make it yourself: simply mix, for example, Noble Health Collagen with left-handed vitamin C, vitamin E, and olive oil or argan oil.
Noble Health Collagen is perfect for this type of treatment – its powder form makes it easy to consume, for example, with yogurt, and is also very convenient if you plan to mix it with any cosmetics. However, if you need an easy-to-swallow supplement, collagen tablets (e.g., Noble Health Class A Collagen) are a better option.

6. Eye cream

The skin around the eyes is exceptionally thin and sensitive, requiring specially formulated care. Regularly applying cream helps prevent dark circles, puffiness, and wrinkles.

7. Moisturizing cream

A Korean beauty ritual isn't complete without a good facial moisturizer. While collagen tablets significantly improve the complexion's appearance, it's also worth using this ingredient topically. Class A Collagen Day Cream contains particularly valuable marine collagen, as well as another skincare hit – grape stem cells. It's also excellent as a base for makeup. Before bed, it's worth using its nighttime counterpart – it also contains marine collagen and grape stem cells, plus vitamin E and panthenol.
